Bufalo Bob’s Chalupa Wagon is a wild little trailer that specializes in vegetarian, all-natural chicken and bison chalupas. In Bufalo Bob’s words, “I have taken the lowliest Mexican street food and given it a place of honor in the culinary hierarchy.”

The meat here is outstanding, hormone and antibiotic free and locally produced. All of Bob's recipes are homemade and only use extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. The delicious Chalupas are all high in fiber, and low in saturated fat. They're also low in sodium, but high in flavor!
